| Visa Requirement | BUSINESS VISA 01. Original Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages. 02. Two Typed Visa Application Forms Visa Application Form 03. Three Recent photographs (size of 35-45 mm, white background, 80% face coverage on mat finish paper). 04. Original Covering letter on Company's Letterhead. (Letter of responsibility typewritten on the company letterhead is required and must be addressed to: Embassy of Algeria, Visa Section, 2/2, Shanti Niketan, New Delhi, 110021, India.) -The letter must explain all of the following – (a) Nature of business to be performed. (b) Name and address of reference to be visited in Algeria (c) The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant. 05. Original Invitation in French language duly attested by Chamber of Commerce in Algeria to be couriered directly either to us from Algeria or to the PAX so that the same could be enclosed with the documents. 06.Copy of confirmed hotel reservation and copy of airfare ticket showing dates of entry and exit. 07. Original Recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce. 08. Applicant Last Year ITR. 09. Copy of valid travel insurance. 10. Applicant Personal Contact Number and Email Id. TOURIST VISA 01. Original Passports at least have a validity of six months and at least two blank pages. 02. 2 Visa Application Forms Visa Application Form 03. Three recent passport size photographs. 04. Original Detailed Covering Letter with applicant's passport details, travel dates, contact number, email address, occupation and signature: a) If Self Employed – on company letterhead with Company GST Registration/ Company Registration / Company Memorandum b) If Employee – on plain paper with NOC from Employer on company letterhead (applicant designation, joining date, leave dates, signing authority signature and seal) c) If Retired – on plain paper with Retirement proof 05. Ticket and Hotel Confirmation 07. Personal Original Last 06 months updated bank statement with bank seal and signature with altealt balance 01 lac for each applicant. 08. Day to Day tour Itinerary. 09. Applicant Personal Contact Number and Email Id. 10. Copy of valid Travel Insurance |

Visa fee pay through Demand Draft and Demand Draft should from who will bear the expenses (From Personal Account). 3. Applicant or Applicant’s Company name is required to be mentioned on the Demand draft as a ‘Purchaser name’. Travel Agents/Representatives purchaser name demand drafts are not acceptable. 4. Applicants applying for Algeria Tourist Visa must need to apply for Single Entry VISA only. |
