| Visa Requirement | Applicant need to come personally for a submission with prior Appointment. BUSINESS VISA 01. Original Passport: at least two blank pages, valid for at least 90 days after the date of departure from the Republic of Belarus, with no torn pages, no entries and corrections that are not certified by issuing authorities. 02. Visa Application Form: filled out in legible handwriting or typing (in block letters), signed by applicant personally / for minors - signed by their legal representative Application Form 03. Two Recent photographs (size of 35-45 mm, white background with 80% face coverage). 04. Original Cover letter explaining the purpose of the trip and business relation with the Belarus business partner (letter must confirm identity of applicant, place and period of intended stay) 05. Original or copy of visa request (invitation) by a Belarusian legal entity 06. Flight Reservation of return ticket 07. Copy of accommodation booking on the hotel’s letterhead (not applicable for regular travellers holding Schengen, US, Canada, Japan, Australia and other visas / athletes / participants of cultural events) 08. Copy of health insurance certificate: containing details of the issuing company, name of the applicant, valid in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, valid for the period of stay in the Republic of Belarus, with minimum coverage of 10,000 Euros 09. Original personal & Company bank statement last 6 months with bank seal and sign. 10. Personal & Company Income tax Return last 3 years. 11. Company Registration Certificate & GST Certificate 12. Covid Final Vaccination Certificate TOURIST VISA 01.
