| Visa Requirement | BUSINESS VISA 1. Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel. 2. 1 Visa Application FORM 3. 2 Photos (Passport size, recent Camera clicked photo with white background and 80% face focus) 4. Original Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Costa Rica on Company / Business Letterhead. 5. Original Covering letter on personal grounds. 6. Original Invitation stating that invitee company shall be responsible for sending back the passenger before the expiry of visa. 7. Copy of the ID card of the Signing Authority, who signed the invitation. 8. Ticket 9. Hotel Confirmation. 10. Original PCC from passport Office with apostle & Spanish Translation 11. Company Profile of both the Requesting as well as the Invitee Company. 12. Original Salary Slip - last 3 months with Company Seal and signatures of Authorised Signatory. 13. Original Personal Bank Statement for last 6 months with bank seal nd signatuer & balance (Minimum 3 lacs). TOURIST VISA 1. Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel. 2. 1 Visa Application FORM 3. 2 Photos ( Passport size,recent Camera clicked photo with white background and 80% face focus) 4. Original Detailed Covering Letter with applicant's passport details, travel dates, contact number, email address, occupation and signature: a) If Self Employed – on company letterhead with Company GST Registration/ Company Registration / Company Memorandum b) If Employee – on plain paper with NOC from Employer on company letterhead (applicant designation, joining date, leave dates, signing authority signature and seal) c) If Retired – on plain paper with Retirement proof 6.
