Colour One-page invitation letter (original with signature notarized in Brazil - "autenticada em cartório") in Portuguese from a Brazilian company addressed to the consular service Embassy of Brazil in New Delhi or or with digital sign by gov.br including the following information: • The name and the position that the applicant holds in the company; • Clear, specific and detailed purpose of the trip and business activities which will be performed in Brazil. • Stamp the CNPJ number (tax registration code), address and telephone number of the Brazilian company. 06. Original Detailed Covering Letter with applicant's passport details, travel dates, contact number, email address, occupation and signature: a) If Self Employed – on company letterhead with Company GST Registration/ Company Registration / Company Memorandum b) If Employee – on plain paper with NOC from Employer on company letterhead (applicant designation, joining date, leave dates, signing authority signature and seal) c) If Retired – on plain paper with Retirement proof 06. Ticket 11. Covid Final Vaccination Certificate 12. Applicant personal contact number and Email Id - Mandatory WORK VISA 01. Two Visa application forms (Manual) duly filled(Back to back) and signed only with Blue Ink. (One copy of online form is also required) 02. 02 recent photo, size 4cm x 5cm (with white background). 03. Approval from Labour Ministry in Brazil. 04. Original Covering letter from the applicant on Letter Head mentioning the Approval Number. 05. Police Clearance Certificate issued by the Passport Office attested by MEA. 06. Once the contract has been authorized. The Embassy will be notified and the visa can then be issued through the presentation of the above mention documents 07.
