BUSINESS STAMPING VISA

01. 1 Visa Application Form Visa Application Form
02. 2 Photos (3.5 x 4.5 cm, 60% Face with White Background - Photo should be pasted and Second Photo should be clipped, Photos stapled on form will not be accepted).

04. Detailed Original Covering letter on company's letter head with applicant passport details, designation, travel date, invitee contact details with addressed to The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Center, New Delhi with signature & stamp.
05. Invitation Letter with applicant passport details, designation, travel date, Sponsor Name and Designation with addressed to The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Center, New Delhi with manual signature & stamp.
06. Company Registration Certificate Company Registrar/ Import Export Licence Copy / Industrial Licence Copy / Chambers Letter

TOURIST STAMPING VISA

a) If Self Employed – on company letterhead with Company Registrar / Import Export Licence Copy / Industrial Licence Copy / Chambers Letter

DEPENDENT STAMPING VISA

1. Electronic Visa Form to be online by applicant using website https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw
2. 2 Photos (3.5 x 4.5 cm, 60% Face with White Background - Photo should be pasted and Second Photo should be clipped, Photos stapled on form will not be accepted).
3. Original Fresh & old passport (OLD ppt must)
4. Detailed Covering Letter with applicant's passport details, travel dates, contact number, email address, occupation and signature:
a) If Self Employed – on company letterhead with Company Registrar / Import Export Licence Copy / Industrial Licence Copy / Chambers Letter
