| Visa Requirement | AGENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED; APPLICANTS NEED TO COME PERSONALLY FOR SUBMISSION Basic Requirements for all visa types • Original passport valid at least for six months • Application form (duly filled & signed by the applicant) • Color Photo of the applicant matching the following criteria • 35x45 mm in size with white background Taken within the last 6 months to reflect the applicant’s current appearance • Contain face, neck, and shoulders of the applicant. • Copy of the passport data page • Applicant must submit his/her application in person to the Consular Section of the embassy. Business Visa (BSV) 1- Introduction/ recommendation letter from: A. one of the Chambers of Commerce and Industries, government of India; B. Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India; C. Export Promotion Council of India; Or Reference number from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan. 2. Registration certificate of the company from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India; 3. Income tax documents of the last three years; 4. Letter from the company addressed to the embassy, introducing the businessman for visa issuance; 5. Invitation letter from the local partner or prospect local partner company in Afghanistan; 6. Copy of the license (JAWAZ) of the local partner or prospect local partner company in Afghanistan. Tourist Visa (TUV) 1- Bank statement 2- Return air ticket Working Entry Visa (WEV) 1- Reference number issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan 2- Employment letter or Contract/appointment letter 3- Educational documents attested by the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India a. In case degree is obtained from another country, it should be attested by the embassy of that country in New Delhi b. Medical doctors should provide their certificate of registration with Indian Medical Council in addition to their degree attested by MEA c. Those who have been employed as Security Guard by NATO or US contractors or foreign embassies in Kabul should submit a copy oftheir Army Discharge Certificate Visit Visa (VSV) 1- Reference Number from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Govt. of Afghanistan. 2- Letter from the employer/organization of the applicant. Student Visa (STV) 1- Reference number issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Govt. of Afghanistan; 2- Admission/Bonafede or introduction letter from the university or institution he/she is admitted to; 3- Other supporting documents if any. Transit Visa (TSV) 1- Copy of the valid visa of the destination country. 2- Air Ticket. |
