Visa Requirement Prior Appointment Required to Submit the Visa Application At The Argentina Embassy.

BUSINESS VISA

01. A complete Visa Application Form duly signed by the applicant. ALL questions must be answered. In case this requirement is not fulfilled the application would not be accepted.
02. Passport: must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the intended date of entry and have at least one free page left for the visa.
03. Two recent 4x4cm color photographs, facing front, white background.
04. Invitation letter prepared by the inviter duly registered in the National Registry of Foreign Applicants (RENURE), detailing the foreigner's personal data, the activity to be carried out in the territory and the length of stay in the Republic. If the inviter is not registered in the RENURE, he/she must contact requirentes@migraciones.gov.ar in order to complete the registration.

05. Letter from the company for which the applicant is working, explaining the purpose of the trip, confirming that the applicant is currently employed by the company -including for how long- and it must be accompanied by the last 3 months' salary/pay-slip and last 3 year's Income Tax Return -ITR-.
The letter must be written on company letter-head, signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish (the translation does not need to be notarized).
If you are the owner of the business, please add a copy of your business’ official registration and last 3 year's Income Tax Return -ITR-.
06. Letter from the respective chamber of commerce of the State where the company is registered or from the Federation, Council or Association in which the company is registered. The letter must be accompanied by the company’s registration certificate. The letter must be presented in original, on letter-head, signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish (the translation does not need to be notarized).
07. Round trip flight reservation (it is recommended not to purchase the tickets until the visa has been granted).
08. Hotel reservation.
09. Evidence of funds: personal bank statement of the last six months.
10. COVID-19 Insurance.
11. Copy of valid/latest visas (if any)
12. Consular interview at the Embassy.

01. Additional documentation might be required by the Consular authority.
02. All documents must be submitted in ORIGINAL (no photocopies or emails will be accepted).
03. Fulfilling the above mentioned requirements does not guarantee the visa issuance, being this an exclusive prerogative of the Argentine State.
04. We strongly suggest that the invitation letter includes all the details as mentioned in the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship. The absence of relevant details -such as date and place of entry and departure, purpose of invitation, contact details of the inviting company and personal details of the invitee, among others- might result in the requirement of a new invitation letter.

TOURIST VISA

01. Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entering Argentina, with at least two (2) blank pages
02. Two (2) current 4 x 4 cm photographs, facing the camera, printed in colour, on a white background.
03. Visa Application Form filled out (preferably in electronic format) and signed by the applicant
04. Covering letter on company letter mentioning in detail purpose of visit and passport details. Should be in Spanish and English Language (Translation should be done by registered translator)
05. If Self Employed Company GST Registration OR If Employee Original NOC from Employer Should be in Spanish and English Language (Translation should be done by registered translator)
06. Ticket
07. Hotel Confirmation with payment receipt
08. Day to day itinerary dully notarised on the letter head of tour arranger.
09. Letter on the tour operator in Argentina on letter head undertaking the trip responsibility dully Notarised.
10. Personal Original last 06 months till dated Updated Bank statement with bank seal and signature (Balance should be Minimum 2 lac or More than 02 lac)
11. Personal Last 03 Years ITR
12. Authorization letter addressing to embassy authorizing ………………………… from the applicant for the submission and collection of passports.

If Applicant having Valid USA Visa then he/she can take E-Visa Also

SEAMEN VISA

1. A complete Visa Application Form duly signed by the applicant. ALL questions must be answered. In case this requirement is not fulfilled the application would not be accepted.
2. Original Passport: must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the intended date of entry and have at least two (2) Completely free pages left, for the Consular visa stamp and Argentina’s Migration entry & exit stamps, must be presented at the time of submission.
3. Two recent 4x4 cm color photographs, facing front and with a white background.

6. Evidence of funds: personal bank statement of the last six months. attested by the bank.
7. A letter from your employer, explaining the purpose of your trip on company letterhead. The letter must be notarized and duly translated into Spanish. (the translation does not need to be notarized. Letter must be accompanied with the digital invitation of local agents in Argentina.
8. Original Work Contract from the shipping company, if not then notarized copy of contract letter.
9. Copy of passport & valid Visas (Valid or recently expired Visas), kindly attach a copy of each of them.
10. Consular interview at the Embassy.

Additional documentation might be required by the Consular authority.

SPORTS VISA

1. Original Passport: must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the intended date of entry and have at least two (2) Completely free pages left, for the Consular visa stamp and Argentina’s Migration entry & exit stamps. Photocopy of passport (1st and last page, valid or recently expired Visas). must be presented at the time of submission.
2. Visa application form All questions must be answered and the form must be signed by the applicant. Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be accepted.
3. Photo: Three (3) recent passport style, color photograph (4 x 4 cm). White background. Front Face.
4. Letter from the company/institution for which the applicant is working, explaining the purpose of the trip, confirming that the applicant is currently employed by the company/institution -including for how long and it must be accompanied by last 3 year's Income Tax Return -ITR-.
- The letter must be written on company/institution letter-head, signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish. (the translation does not need to be notarized).

5. A letter from the corresponding Chamber of Commerce, Federation, Council, or Association of the state where the company/institution is registered. If not registered in any of the above, a certified copy of the official “Certificate of Incorporation/Registration” of the Company/ institution with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in the country of origin duly notarized (please provide also a non-official translation into Spanish).
6. IF applicable an Invitation letter from the inviting organization in Argentina. The company must be registered in the RENURE (Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes Extranjeros).
- The invitation letter must follow the guidelines stipulated in the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina.
- Have in mind that the invitation can be processed in paper format OR through the TAD system (Trámites a Distancia).

NOTE: In case of MARKET STUDY a list of potential customers along with their contact details has to be presented and for Fairs and other events. A certificate of his/her enrolment in the fair, congress or shows.

8. Ticket Reservation: Copy of the airline flight round-trip ticket reservation. One-way tickets will not be accepted.
9. Evidence of funds: copy of applicant’s bank statements for the last six months along with an account balance certificate and the consolidated balance certificate, all attested by the bank (and copy of an international credit card, if available).
10. If you hold a valid Visa (Valid or recently expired Visa) then, kindly attach a copy of each of them.
11. The applicant's personal tax returns for the last 3 years, and 3 months’ pay slip.
12. Personal Interview: All visa applicants without any exception will have an in-person personal interview with a consular officer.
