Invitation letter prepared by the inviter duly registered in the National Registry of Foreign Applicants (RENURE), detailing the foreigner's personal data, the activity to be carried out in the territory and the length of stay in the Republic. The letter must be written on company letter-head, signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish (the translation does not need to be notarized). If you are the owner of the business, please add a copy of your business’ official registration and last 3 year's Income Tax Return -ITR-. 06. Letter from the respective chamber of commerce of the State where the company is registered or from the Federation, Council or Association in which the company is registered. The letter must be accompanied by the company’s registration certificate. The letter must be presented in original, on letter-head, signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish (the translation does not need to be notarized). 07. Round trip flight reservation (it is recommended not to purchase the tickets until the visa has been granted). 08. Hotel reservation. 09. Evidence of funds: personal bank statement of the last six months. 10. COVID-19 Insurance. 11. Copy of valid/latest visas (if any) 12. Consular interview at the Embassy. Note: - 01.
