Ticket 6. Hotel Confirmation (If accommodation not mention in Invitation) 7. Health Insurance. 8. Last 06 months Original personal bank statement with sufficient balance with signing Authority signature & bank seal 9. Personal Last three-year ITR. Original document/voucher/issued by a tourist organization/tour operator for prepaid tourist services. The voucher should explicitly contain the License number of the tourist organization/tour operator, issued by the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, the name and License number of the hotel, and the duration of the prepaid tourist services (applicable if the travel is part of an organized tour). 5.
