Visa Requirement | BUSINESS VISA 1. 04 Visa Application Form with original signature & FINGER PRINT. Peru Form 2. Passport with a minimum validity of six months after the expected date of arrival to Peru. 3. Photocopy of the front and back sides of the passport. 4. 03 recent passport-size photographs (4.3 X 3.5 cm) with white background. The face size should cover between 70% - 80% of the photograph. 5. A formal letter from the company in which the person is employed, mentioning company profile and purpose of the travel of the applicant & Cover letter duly signed by the applicant. 6. An apostilled invitation letter in English or Spanish from the business associate in Peru to be directly mailed at consular@embassyperuindia.in or faxed at +91-11-4616 3301. 8. A Letter from the recognized local chambers of commerce (FIEO, FICCI, APEDA, ASSOCHAM, PHD etc) confirming the company's registration details. 09. Proof of registration of the Indian company 10. NOTE | 01. While submitting, the Embassy can ask for any additional document. 02. Applicants need to come personally for the submission and the agent can collect the passport from the Embassy with Original submission receipt & authorization Letter (Which is Apostilled). 03. We can do documentation & handover the documents to the applicant at the Embassy for applicant's personal submission. 04. Since 2017, nationals of the Republic of India, holders of valid ordinary passport, are exempted from the requirement of business or tourist visas, provided that they meet at least one of the following conditions: - At the time of entry into Peru, the Indian national holds a visa with a validity of minimum six (6) months from any one or more of the following countries: United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia or any Schengen space country. - The Indian national holds permanent residence in any one of the following countries: United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia or any Schengen space country. "If you fulfil the above condition then you could go to Peru without any separate Peru visa". |
